Description

One of the most popular and dependable of late varieties. Introduced to the U.S. by German immigrants around 1840.  A short-stemmed plant with medium green leaves, white interior and low core. The slightly flattened heads weight 10 to 12 pounds and measure 12 inches in diameter by about 7 inches deep.
